Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data SuperLearnΣr (a product of Jugraj Solutions LLP) collects, why, and the choices you have. We build for children, so we hold ourselves to a conservative standard: collect little, never sell, and put parents in control.

1. What we collect

We collect only what the service needs to work:

  • Parent account details: email address and password (stored hashed).
  • Child profile: first name or username, and the interests you choose to share so lessons can be personalised.
  • Learning activity: answers, progress, mastery levels and session history — this is the core of how the tutor adapts.
  • Basic technical data: device/browser information and error logs needed to keep the service running.

2. Children's data and parental consent

Child accounts exist only under a parent account. By creating a child profile you, as the parent or legal guardian, consent to the processing of your child's learning data as described here. We do not knowingly collect data from children outside a parent-created account, and we never use children's data for advertising.

3. How we use data

Data is used to:

  • run the tutor: map what your child knows, choose the next concept, schedule reviews,
  • personalise lessons around your child's interests,
  • show you progress reports,
  • keep the service secure and fix problems,
  • process payments (handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers).

4. AI processing

To grade answers and generate explanations, learning inputs (such as an answer your child typed or spoke) are processed by vetted third-party AI providers under contracts that prohibit them from using this data to train their models where such controls are available. We send the minimum needed for the task.

5. What we never do

  • We never sell personal data.
  • We never show third-party advertising to children.
  • We never use children's data for marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in, and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand how the website performs. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

7. Storage, security and retention

Data is stored with reputable cloud providers using encryption in transit and at rest, with access restricted to what operating the service requires. We keep learning data while the account is active, because the memory schedule depends on history. If you delete your account, personal data is deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (such as payment records).

8. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your and your child's data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@thefutureacademy.in. We comply with applicable Indian data protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify parents by email or an in-product notice before the change takes effect.

10. Contact and grievance officer

Privacy questions and grievances: support@thefutureacademy.in. Company: Jugraj Solutions LLP, Hyderabad, Telangana, India (full registered address being published). We aim to acknowledge every request within 2 business days.
